The Chubasco II is Mission Bay Sportfishing's 3/4 day boat, making daily trips year
round running to destinations varying from the best of San Diego's
coastline to the Coronado Islands in Mexico .
The Chubasco II features:
60ft long by 20ft wide beam
Front and rear bait tanks
Experienced captain and crew
Full galley
Local and Mexican Charters Available
Aboard the Chubasco II you can hook-up on Yellowtail, Barracuda,
Bonito, Calico Bass, Sand Bass, White Sea Bass, Halibut, Sculpin,
Rockfish and many more species. The Chubasco II features a low deck with
spacious fishing area. Licensed for 48 passengers, we welcome
company and group charters.
Our experienced crew is there to help our customers have an
enjoyable outing for you, your family and your friends.
Ernie Prieto, Captain of the Chubasco II, was raised in Southern
California and is the 3rd generation of paternal Fisherman who
have fished the shores of California and Mexico for over 60 years.

Additional Information for all Trips:
*For the comfort of our passengers we suggest no more than 40
anglers per trip.
*Coronado Islands trips do not include Mexican fishing permits at
$15.00/person.
*Local trips do not include CA fishing licenses at $12.90/person.
*Tackle rental is not included and costs $12.00 for 1/2 day,
$15.00 for 3/4 day.
*There is a galley minimum of $150 for 1/2 day, $200 for 3/4 day.
*Due to rising fuel costs a fuel surcharge may be added.
